Q & A

How often should I have my Piano tuned?
To keep your Piano in tip-top condition, it should be tuned at least twice a year.

My Piano is old and below concert pitch. Can it still be tuned?
This will depend on the condition of the Piano. Usually, the visit will include a 'pitch raise' and a further visit for 'fine tuning'.

Should I keep my Piano is a special place?
You should avoid your Piano being placed in direct sunlight and away from radiators.

How long will it take to tune my Piano?
Again, this depends. Usually about an hour or just over for a fine tuning.

Can I have a discount on regular visits?
Yes! We offer 10% discount on twice-yearly visits.
